Privacy policy
The short version: we only collect what we need to ship your charms, keep your order moving, and send emails you actually asked for. We do not sell your info, and we keep the whole thing as lean as possible.

01What We Collect
When you place an order or sign up to our newsletter, we collect:
- Contact info — name, email, phone, shipping address
- Order info — what you bought, when, payment details (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number)
- Browsing info — pages visited, time on site, device type (via standard analytics cookies)
02Why We Collect It
- To process and ship your order
- To email you order updates and tracking info
- To send you marketing emails (only if you opt in — easy to unsubscribe anytime)
- To analyse how the site is used so we can make it better
04Cookies
We use cookies for the boring useful stuff: keeping you logged in, remembering items in your cart, and tracking site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site might break.
05Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what data we have on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data entirely (we'll do this within 30 days)
- Unsubscribe from emails (one-click in any email footer)

06How We Keep It Safe
Our site is hosted on Kinsta with SSL encryption end-to-end. Payments go through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant — same as your bank). We don't store payment details on our end.
07Changes To This Policy
If we update this policy materially, we'll let you know via email or a banner on the site. Continued use of the site = acceptance of any updates.
